A 2025. évi hazai Világbajnokság kapcsán lebonyolításra kerül a Felnőtt Csapatvilágbajnokság csoportjainak sorsolása 2024. december 16-án (hétfő) 11 órakor Székesfehérváron, az Alba Arénában. 

A sorsolás egyben egy hivatalos sajtótájékoztató is lesz, ahol Pintyőke Marcell a Magyar Teke Szakági Szövetség és a WNBA-NBC elnöke, valamint Cser-Palkovics András Székesfehérvár Polgármestere fogja üdvözölni a hazai Világbajnokságot Fejér Vármegye székhelyén. 

Az esemény alkalmával kerül kisorsolásra továbbá a 2024/2025. évi Bajnokok Ligája negyeddöntőinek párosítása is.
